| How does the Online RSVP system work? |

Wedding 4.0 is proud to offer our customers this FREE service. After completing your order, you will receive a seperate email containing your account User ID and Password with instructions. You can login to your account at http://www.smartwedding.com/rsvp and update your profile. You will be assigned a unique 4-digit Wedding Pin number. Your invited guests will have the option to quickly respond to your wedding using your wedding pin # and your wedding date. Providing your invited guests with the option to respond online will increase your response rate. You would get an email notification every time a guest has responded. In addition, you can login to your account to update your profile and view all your responses. |

or database program. Can I import guests from other programs? |
Yes. Use the Import
Wizard to import guests directly from any Text File (CSV, TXT),
Windows Address Book (WAB) or another Smart Wedding database.
Almost all database and spreadsheet software programs let you
export your data to a CSV or TEXT file.  |

too late for me to start using Smart Wedding? |
| We recommend at least
2 weeks before you need to start mailing your invitations. If
you have already mailed your invitations, you should consider
using Smart Wedding to help you track all RSVP's, create a reception
seating plan, track all gifts received, track vendor payments,
appointments, and to help keep track of out-of-town guest arrangements
(transportation & accommodations). |

to invite only certain people from a guest party to any event.
You can setup as many events as you need. You only have to enter
your guest party details once. Then you invite select which
persons from the guest party are invited to which events. View
an instant summary of all invitations and rsvp statistics for
all your events. Know exacty how many invitations were sent,
how many people are invited, how many replies were received,
how many people are not attending, how many are attending, menu
selections, transportation and accommodation reminders, and
much more. |

| Can I print my
guest list directly on my envelopes or create labels? |
| Yes. Use the powerful Stationery
Wizard to print either envelopes or labels of any size. Smart
Wedding will automatically generate your inner and outer label
text for you based on your guest details according to proper
wedding invitation etiquette. However, you will always have
the ability to customize the text for any guest. |

| Can I work
on my wedding on a few different computers? |
| Yes. You can install Smart Wedding
on different computers (home, laptop, work, etc) and use the
Import and Export wizard to move your data around from machine
to machine. In 2 easy steps, you can export your database, copy
it to a floppy, and then import your database on the other computer.
When you are finished working, repeat the 2 steps to update
your main computer with the up-to-date database. |
